Qualifications

• PhD in Political Science or closely related field.
• One to three years of college-level teaching experience or demonstrated teaching effectiveness.
• Evidence of potential for success in teaching, scholarly research, and service.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality undergraduate instruction.
• Maintain an active research agenda with peer-reviewed publications and scholarly presentations.
• Advise and mentor students.
