Job summary

You will verify part condition with basic measuring tools, complete production documentation, maintain a clean 5S-compliant workspace, and follow safety policies. On-the-job training will be provided to get you up to speed, with room to grow within PAC.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior manufacturing, assembly, or hands-on mechanical experience preferred; no minimum length.
• On-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Load, operate, and unload polishing equipment according to instructions.
• Perform light mechanical assembly using hand tools, jigs, and fixtures.
• Deburr, clean, and prepare parts for downstream operations.
• Verify part condition and dimensions with basic measuring instruments.
• Complete production documentation and labor reporting accurately.
• Stage, handle, and package finished assemblies for transfer or shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S standards.
• Report quality discrepancies, equipment issues, and material shortages.
• Follow all safety policies and use required PPE.
• Respond to change productively and perform other duties as assigned.
