Polisher – Stainless Steel Components

Bradford, Pennsylvania | Full-Time | 2nd Shift (4 Day Workweek-Enjoy a 3 Day Weekend) | Hands-On Role

Who are You?

  • You enjoy hands-on work and have experience using electric and air-powered hand tools.
  • You’re comfortable working in an environment where attention to detail is critical.
  • You take pride in working safely, efficiently, and independently or as part of a team.
  • You’re dependable, organized, and eager to learn or build on your polishing skills.

What will You do?

  • Surface Finishing – Polish stainless steel parts and components using abrasives and various powered tools to meet precise finish standards.
  • Inspection & Quality – Identify and mark defects, visually inspect finished work, and measure parts for accuracy and completeness.
  • Work Preparation – Load and position workpieces, study blueprints or layouts, and prepare materials for polishing.
  • Tool Operation – Operate belt sanders (handheld and stationary), die grinders, and basic hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, hammers).
  • Safety & Maintenance – Keep your work area clean and organized, follow all safety guidelines, and maintain equipment as needed.

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, measurements, and polishing specifications
