Job summary

The h.wood Group, based in Los Angeles, is launching a new Sunset Boulevard venue where you will polish glassware and silverware to ensure pristine presentation for service. You will support the venue team and maintain a clean, sanitary work area throughout shifts.

We're seeking candidates with a guest-first attitude and excellent communication, who can work weekends and nights and stand for long periods in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Availability on weekends and nights.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours with bending, squatting and lifting up to 30lbs.
• Able to work in hot/cold, and/or wet areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
• Polish all silverware, glassware, and supplies as needed.
• Restock all polished equipment and supplies in venue.
• Assist the venue team as needed.
• Help organize storages to maintain cleanliness.
• Other maintenance tasks as assigned.

ROLE SUMMARY:

As a Polisher, your main role involves efficiently and thoroughly polishing glassware and silverware to ensure it is spotless and presentable for service. The ideal candidate possesses a guest first attitude, strong commitment to service, and excellent communication skills. We ask for a willingness to receive and offer direction, be solutions oriented and encourages a hospitality driven environment. Open availability is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
• Polish all silverware, glassware, and supplies as needed.

• Must be able to work in hot/cold, and/or wet areas.
