This hands-on role requires initiative, reliability, and a strong work ethic, with exposure to travel and on-site supervision of crews.

Qualifications

• Commercial flooring experience preferred.
• Must be willing to travel and stay out of town.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and drug-free workplace.

• Install polished concrete and hard surface flooring systems.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety rules and regulations.
• Operate equipment and materials properly.
• Meet and exceed production targets.
• Input timely hours.
