AI Trainer Jobs in the United States seeks native Polish speakers for a project-based transcription role with CrowdGen. You will transcribe audio, including stutters and fillers, and deliver verbatim transcripts using browser-based tools.

The role is independent contractor, requires 10+ hours per week, with pay at $55 per audio hour. Training provided; you'll join the CrowdGen Community and receive setup instructions by email.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Polish including familiarity with regional accents and informal speech.
• Strong listening comprehension and attention to detail.
• Ability to produce verbatim transcriptions, including stutters, repetitions, and filler words.
• Experience in transcription, annotation, or linguistics is an advantage.
• Comfortable using browser-based tools (training will be provided).
• Reliable internet connection.
• Access to a laptop or desktop computer (mobile devices are not supported).
• Reliable availability for minimum 10+ hours per week.
• This project follows a first-come, first-served approach and operates with demographic quotas to ensure fair and balanced representation across all participant groups. As a result, some individuals may not receive a task assignment if their group has already been filled.
