Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality technical support to Polish-speaking customers regarding our technology offerings.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Guide customers on the features and benefits of our products and services.
  • Document all customer interactions and provide solutions for effective follow-up.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance support processes and share insights.
  • Engage in ongoing training to keep updated on product enhancements and industry trends.

  • Strong technical skills with an aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not mandatory.
