Happyian in Illinois is hiring a high-energy Speech-Language Pathologist to provide engaging, play-based therapy across clinic, home, and community settings.

You’ll run social communication groups, go on field trips, collaborate with the ABA team, and train caregivers for carryover at home. Licensure in Illinois or eligibility is required; Polish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP in Illinois (or eligible).
• Fluent English; Polish speaking a plus.
• High-energy, hands-on, and comfortable leading active sessions and groups.
• Passionate about working with kids with autism/developmental delays.
• Takes initiative to create groups and opportunities for kids.

Responsibilities

We’re hiring a high-energy, Polish-speaking Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and help build something exciting — including social groups, community outings, and hands-on therapy experiences.

Growth opportunity- We are actively growing our speech department — there is strong opportunity to move into leadership roles (e.g., lead SLP, director , program development, supervising groups) for clinicians who demonstrate initiative and strong clinical skills.

We invest in our team — you’ll receive ongoing training to enhance your knowledge of the latest research and evidence-based practices, along with hands‑on support to apply these strategies in real sessions.

This is NOT a sit-at-the-table-all-day role.

You’ll be out in the community, running groups, building programs, and making real impact.
