Job summary

Happyian in Illinois is seeking a high-energy Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and help build community-based therapy programs. You’ll provide play-based speech therapy across clinic, home, and community settings, and lead social groups for kids with autism.

You will collaborate with the ABA team, train caregivers for carryover at home, and track progress with streamlined documentation. Growth paths include lead SLP and program development, with ongoing training and hands-on support.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP in Illinois (or eligible)
• Fluent in English; Polish speaking a plus
• High-energy, hands-on; comfortable leading active sessions and groups
• Passionate about working with kids with autism/developmental delays
• Takes initiative to create groups and opportunities for kids
• Thinks outside the box

We’re hiring a high-energy, Polish-speaking Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and help build something exciting — including social groups, community outings, and hands‑on therapy experiences.

Growth opportunity – We are actively growing our speech department. There is strong opportunity to move into leadership roles (e.g., lead SLP, director, program development, supervising groups) for clinicians who demonstrate initiative and strong clinical skills.

We invest in our team – you’ll receive ongoing training to enhance your knowledge of the latest research and evidence-based practices, along with hands‑on support to apply these strategies in real sessions.

This is NOT a sit-at-the-table-all‑day role.

You’ll be out in the community, running groups, building programs, and making real impact.
