Happyian Therapy & Academy is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. We offer both part-time and full-time opportunities with hourly and salary options, focusing on play-based, child-centered therapy in clinic, home, and community settings.

We value mentorship, growth opportunities, and leadership paths such as director or program development roles. English fluency with Polish is a plus, and experience with autism/developmental delays is welcome.

Qualifikationen

• CCC in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility following completion of the Clinical Fellowship year.

We’re hiring a high-energy, Polish-speaking Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and help build something exciting - including social groups, community outings, and hands-on therapy experiences. Happyian Therapy & Academy is expanding and seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our collaborative, play-based team. Clinical Fellows, entry-level SLPs, and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply. Looking for someone who feels comfortable during adverting events, is ambitious, wants to grow insurance based but especially private pay practice. Happyian is looking for flexible, and a team player clinician. We prioritize mentorship, confidence-building, and high-quality clinical care. Part-time and full-time opportunities as well as hourly and salary based positions. Opportunity to become clinic director in one of our clinics.

Position Options

• Full-Time: 30+ billable hours - $65 to $80 an hour
• $68 000 -90 000 salary
• Part-Time: 18+ billable hours - $65 to $80 an hour

Growth opportunity- We are actively growing our speech department - there is strong opportunity to move into leadership roles (e.g., lead SLP, director , program development, supervising groups) for clinicians who demonstrate initiative and strong clinical skills.

We invest in our team - you’ll receive ongoing training to enhance your knowledge of the latest research and evidence-based practices, along with hands-on support to apply these strategies in real sessions.

This is NOT a sit-at-the-table-all-day role.

You’ll be out in the community, running groups, building programs, and making real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide engaging, play-based speech therapy (clinic + home + community)

• Train caregivers for carryover at home
• Track progress and keep documentation streamlined

Mentorship & Support

• 10 hours/month of direct mentorship and supervision
• Supervision reassessed annually based on clinician needs
• Paid administrative time
• Strong support for Clinical Fellows and developing clinicians

Continuing Education

• Annual CEU stipend for both full-time and part-time employees
• Opportunity to participate in speech trainings and workshops - USA and Europe
