Happyian in Illinois is seeking a high-energy Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and help build exciting therapeutic programs for children with autism and developmental delays. The role includes social groups, community outings, and hands-on therapy experiences across clinic, home, and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, play-based speech therapy across clinic, home, and community.
• Run and create social communication groups for peer interaction.
• Go on field trips and community outings to support real-life practice.
• Collaborate closely with ABA team on therapy plans.
• Train caregivers for carryover at home and in daily routines.
• Track progress and maintain streamlined documentation.

We’re hiring a high-energy, Polish-speaking Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and help build something exciting — including social groups, community outings, and hands‑on therapy experiences.

Growth opportunity – We are actively growing our speech department. There is strong opportunity to move into leadership roles (e.g., lead SLP, director, program development, supervising groups) for clinicians who demonstrate initiative and strong clinical skills.

We invest in our team – you’ll receive ongoing training to enhance your knowledge of the latest research and evidence-based practices, along with hands‑on support to apply these strategies in real sessions.

This is NOT a sit-at-the-table-all‑day role.

You’ll be out in the community, running groups, building programs, and making real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

We’re Looking For

• Fluent in English (Polish speaking also a plus)
• Licensed SLP in Illinois (or eligible)
• High-energy, hands‑on, and comfortable leading active sessions and groups
• Passionate about working with kids with autism/developmental delays
• Takes initiative to create groups and opportunities for kids
