Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in Polish via email, phone, and chat
  • Assist customers with questions about book availability, orders, and shipping
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our system
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Provide detailed information about book titles, authors, and promotions
  • Gather customer feedback to improve services and offerings

  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal
