In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to Polish-speaking customers regarding their repair and warranty inquiries for various electronic products. Your expertise will be essential in assisting customers through the repair process, resolving their concerns, and ensuring a seamless service experience. Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer support to Polish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to repair services, warranty claims, and troubleshooting.
  • Efficiently resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth service delivery and address operational issues.
  • Stay informed about product specifications and warranty policies to provide accurate information.
  • Fluency in Polish and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in customer support, particularly in the consumer electronics or repair sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
