Mercier Consultancy is looking for a passionate Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Smart Home Technology Department. In this dynamic role, you will assist our Polish-speaking customers with their inquiries related to smart home products and solutions, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience with our technology offerings.

Your fluency in Polish will be essential as you help clients navigate product features, address technical issues, and provide guidance on installation and setup. You will play a critical role in promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty while supporting our mission to enhance everyday living through innovative smart home technology.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service in Polish via phone, email, and chat regarding smart home technology inquiries
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and assist customers in setting up their devices
  • Educate clients on product features, benefits, and usage
  • Document customer interactions and follow-up actions within our CRM system
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and service delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest smart home technology trends and product updates
Qualifications
  • Fluent in Polish and English, with excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and troubleshooting abilities
