Mercier Consultancy is looking for a dedicated Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Online Retail Department. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Polish-speaking customers, helping them navigate our online retail platform and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Your fluency in Polish will be essential as you assist clients with inquiries related to products, order status, returns, and any other concerns they may have. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty within our retail services.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer service in Polish through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding product information, order placements, and returns
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints quickly and professionally
  • Document interactions and updates accurately in our CRM system
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt order fulfillment and issue resolution
  • Gather customer feedback to continuously improve our services
  • Stay informed about current promotions, products, and trends within the online retail industry
  • Fluent in both Polish and English, with strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in online retail, is preferred
