Job summary

Dal-Tile Corp. in Tennessee is seeking a night-shift production operator for the 6:45PM–7:00AM (2-2-3) schedule. You will ensure safe, efficient operation of equipment, stock materials, weigh and mix ingredients, and perform quality checks in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

• Monitor equipment or processes and report problems to supervisor including safety, quality, productivity, and systems-related issues.
• Support a life-long learning environment, enhancing own skills as well as assisting in the development of other team members.
