Job summary
Andr Global Inc. is seeking an experienced PolicyCenter Business Analyst to support Commercial Lines. The role focuses on business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation for software implementation projects.
You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze requirements for existing and new applications and assist with testing as needed. This onsite position requires 5 days per week at the client location in the NY metro area; visa sponsorship is
Qualifications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reasoning abilities.
- Proactive in identifying and resolving requirements-related challenges.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of business processes and workflows.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience with P&C Insurance platforms, preferably Guidewire or other platforms like Duck Creek, Majesco, etc is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with IIBA BABoK concepts, methodologies, and tools.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field
