Job summary

Tennessee Board of Regents System Office in Nashville is seeking a Temp Hourly Policy & Strategy Graduate Research Fellow to support policy research, data analysis, and reporting on student success.

The fellow will develop skills in Stata, SQL, and PowerBI, collaborate with the Office of Research and Innovation, and participate in systemwide meetings to inform policy.

It provides experience drafting policy memos and presenting findings to stakeholders to support student access and success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Familiarity with data analysis or education policy.
• Experience with policy research or education policy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analyses on enrollment and student success trends.
• Write reports, create presentations, and present research findings.
• Attend and assist staff at TBR meetings and events.
