Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate or graduate student interested in public affairs, political science, public policy, and reproductive health, rights, and justice.
• Knowledge of and a strong commitment to reproductive health and rights, as well as PPMW mission and goals.
• Commit to a minimum of 16-20 hours per week.
• Excellent written and oral communication, organizational skills.
• Experience with policy research, advocacy, and organizing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media, One Drive, and ability to learn new software platforms.

Aufgaben

• Conduct policy research on legislative and regulatory issues on and related to reproductive and sexual health care in DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
• Support with program management and volunteer recruitment.
• As needed staff events, hearings, rallies, and other Planned Parenthood activities.
• Collaborate with organizing, communications, and other PPMW.
• Other duties as assigned.
