Planned Parenthood Federation of America is seeking a Policy Counsel to provide legal analysis and strategic advice on state and local reproductive health policy. You will work with PPFA affiliates and cross‑functional teams to shape legislation, regulations, and administrative policies that affect access to care.

The role requires a JD, NY or DC bar eligibility, and 2–6 years of experience. You’ll engage with coalitions, draft memos, and mentor interns, in a mission‑driven environment.

Qualifikationen

• JD from ABA-accredited law school required.
• Bar admission eligible to practice in New York or Washington, DC.
• 2–6 years of legal experience, strong analytic capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Provide legal analysis and strategic advice on state and local legislation and policy.
• Draft memos and emails for Senior Policy Counsel and other attorneys.
• Represent the L&L policy team in coalitions and external meetings.
• Support interns and paralegals in ongoing projects.
• Travel 0–10% domestically.
