Job summary

Sscirra seeks a policy analyst to map and engage with government stakeholders across national, regional and municipal levels. You will prepare policy briefs, conduct regulatory analysis and share client reports, with ongoing expert support via calls and email.

Requirements include fluent English and Russian, a graduate degree (MBA/MA/MSc/LLM), and 1–4 years of experience in multilingual settings; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree (MBA, MA, MSc, LLM, etc).
• 1–4 years of professional experience in multilingual settings or international environments.
• Desirable experience with government entities at national and municipal levels.
• Ability to read and report on legislative acts and regulatory norms clearly.

Responsibilities

• Map, engage, and assist in acquiring meetings with stakeholders including government bodies.
• Prepare policy briefs, desk research, regulatory analyses, and client reports.
• Provide ongoing expert support on policy or governance requests via calls and email.
• Monitor regulatory changes across industries and assess impact on client businesses.
