Job summary

American Freedom Insurance Company (AFIC) is hiring a bilingual Spanish-English Customer Service Representative in Illinois. You will handle inquiries from agents and policyholders, process payments, and perform data entry to support daily operations.

We value organized, dependable team players who communicate well on the phone, with opportunities for training, licensing reimbursement, and advancement. Normal hours are weekdays with rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll ensure they receive outstanding support:

• Answer Calls & Assist Customers: Handle inquiries from agents and policyholders with professionalism and care, including payment processing, policy changes, and eChats
• Data Entry: Accurately gather, process, and enter customer and agent information into our systems
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Uphold AFIC’s commitment to quality, leaving every customer with a positive experience

Requirements

We’re seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) Customer Service Representative who thrives on assisting customers, handling inquiries, and keeping operations running smoothly. If you’re organized, dependable, and confident on the phone, this role is a great fit for you.

• Degree Highly preferred
• Insurance Industry experience preferred
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Strong attendance record and dependability
• Customer service, call center, or collections experience preferred
• Detail-oriented with clerical and data entry skills
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette
• Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient PC skills with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM
