Job description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and have evidence of strong skills, along with good communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Manage sales pipeline
- Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0-1 years in the sales industry
- Experience in the full sales cycle including deal closing
- Demonstrated sales success
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Insurance experience will be an advantage; field sales experience is a must

Benefits:
- Salary will be best in the market
- Incentives, PF, and petrol allowance will be provided
- Week off will be on Sunday
- Office time: 9 AM - 6 PM
