EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in New Castle, PA is seeking an on-site Insurance Administrative Specialist to support policy servicing, client communications, and insurer interactions. You will help with premium payments, beneficiary changes, and data updates.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong customer service, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive communication from insurance companies regarding clients’ policies and respond accordingly.
• Provide courtesy notifications to clients whose premium payments are late.
• Assist clients with servicing of existing policies, including beneficiary/ownership changes, bank changes, premium mode changes, and duplicate policy requests.
• Handle Agent of Record changes, coverage reductions, lapse and reinstatement, cancellations, and death claims.
• Update database to reflect policy changes and client contact information.
• Coordinate with financial institutions and insurers to process collateral assignments of life insurance policies.
• Process policy suspension and reinstatement due to military deployment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Provide high-quality customer service to established clientele

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

COMPENSATION:

Compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, education, internal equity, and market data. This role may also be eligible for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
