Job summary

Integrity Marketing Group is seeking a Policy Owner Services Representative to accurately process policy management requests on in-force policies and support agents and clients throughout the workflow.

You will review requests, act as a liaison between agents and carriers, and provide timely updates while maintaining data quality in AMS and CRM. Team collaboration and strong service orientation are essential.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
  • 1–3 months of related customer service experience and/or training.
  • Ability to quickly learn internal systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Process policy management requests on in-force insurance policies accurately and efficiently.
  • Review incoming requests and determine best processing approach for agents and clients.
  • Liaise between agents and insurance carriers; provide updates and monitor progress.
  • Document and track data in AMS and CRM, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support team phone queue and internal queues; stay informed of regulations and carrier requirements.

On the Policy Owner Services Team, we’re proud to play a vital part in the insurance process. We process policy management requests on in-force insurance policies on behalf of the agent and their client.

Responsibilities

As the Policy Owner Services Representative, your main goal is to accurately and efficiently process policy management requests on in-force insurance policies. You will review all incoming requests to determine how to assist the agent and their clients and follow-up on those pending requests to ensure all requirements are completed correctly and in a timely manner, while providing a high level of service.

To be successful, you will: Serve as a liaison between agent & insurance carriers on pending requests. Review in-force policy requests and determine the best way to process the request to meet the needs of our agent and the client. Process requests: Send blank forms, obtain information from websites, contact carriers for address changes and information, etc. Verify correct forms have been used and obtain updated versions if needed. Monitor the progress of pending requests and provide ongoing updates to the agent. Access applicable websites as necessary in the verification process. Accurately document, track and update case-specific data on internal AMS and CRM platform. Participate in team phone queue and support queue requests. Stay abreast of varying state and federal regulations as well as carrier requirements.

Demonstrate PC literacy with ability to maneuver within multiple systems and applications. Working knowledge of MS Office software & Internet software and Microsoft applications. Strong interpersonal skills Able to quickly learn use of internal and carrier software.

Education and Experience

High school diploma/GED One to three months related experience in customer service field and/or training or Equivalent combination of education and experience.
