• Good knowledge of Policy Admin System Annuity systems.


• Knowledge of annuity products (fixed, indexed, variable, deferred).


• Knowledge of Agile SDLC methodologies.


• Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).


• Proficiency in SQL for database queries and troubleshooting.


• Experience with Control-M job scheduling and monitoring.


• Familiarity with Visual Studio Debugger for code-level issue resolution.


• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
