Invest STL is seeking a Policy Director to lead policy piloting and advocacy, guiding the Policy Design + Activation team in shaping place-based wealth and neighborhood development across St. Louis.

Reporting to the CEO, you will supervise staff, forge relationships with policymakers and community leaders, and develop scalable policy interventions to address systemic challenges. This leadership role emphasizes racial equity, quantitative analysis, and coalition building, with a goal of advancing

• Demonstrated ability to lead policy strategy development and implementation.
• Experience building coalitions and convening diverse stakeholders.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation within urban or regional contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Policy Design + Activation team and annual work plans.
• Develop policy piloting and advocacy agendas aligned with Invest STL’s mission.
• Convene coalitions and translate findings into actionable policy recommendations.
• Oversee research reports, briefs, data visualizations, and dissemination of policy guidance for scaling.
