Qualifications

• Five years of experience in data or business analysis and improving business processes (or a bachelor’s degree plus two years of professional evaluative/analytical work).
• Ability to evaluate programs and recommend improvements for outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including policy writing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, compile and analyze business needs and translate findings into processes.
• Create documentation procedures and procedural guides.
• Lead program reviews to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
