Job summary

Axiologic Solutions LLC is seeking a Policy and Capabilities Team Lead to oversee enterprise IT operations and administrative support for federal clients. The role requires leadership across geographically dispersed teams, liaison with Sponsor leadership, and planning to meet mission objectives.

The position emphasizes program oversight, executive communications, and coordination with the Jiminy Cricket Program Manager to align IT initiatives with mission requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Minimum of four (4) years of hands-on experience serving as a Project Manager.
• Experience developing decision-quality materials and executive briefings.
• Experience overseeing portfolio performance, resource planning, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead administrator for the PC team and provide overall management and direction of contractor personnel.
• Direct and coordinate team efforts across multiple locations to meet objectives and contractual requirements.
• Interface with Sponsor authorities on technical, operational, and project matters.
• Develop, implement, and maintain procedures for contractual and technical activities.
• Plan, direct, and oversee execution of multi-disciplinary technical and operational support efforts.
• Brief PC leadership on program status, risks, and milestones.
• Monitor project performance, schedules, and resources for contract success.
• Provide updates to the Program Manager and support executive decision-making.
