Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking a Policy Analyst to work at our St. Louis, MO customer site. The role spans strategic, technical, and administrative work to develop, update, and recommend policies in line with PLCM processes.

Responsibilities include policy development, SME self-inspection checklists, gap analyses, and coordination with executive management. Requires US citizenship, TS/SCI with poly, and 7+ years of policy experience.

Qualifications

  • US Citizenship required.
  • Active TS/SCI with willingness and ability to pass CI Poly.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Systems.
  • Minimum 7+ years of demonstrated experience leading, managing, and working policies per PLCM.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills, with diverse stakeholders.
  • Understanding of NIST 800-53 controls and cybersecurity policy.
  • Experience reviewing high-level governance documents and agency directives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate policy development, review, and compliance for corporate and cybersecurity policies.
  • Develop SME self-inspection compliance checklists for policy implementation and tracking.
  • Perform gap analyses and policy revisions with policy leads.
  • Conduct verification to ensure policies align with external guidance and strategy.
  • Identify policy gaps and propose solutions to the policy lead.
  • Support policy business process improvements and analytics tracking.
  • Contribute to the organization’s Cybersecurity Strategy.
  • Analyze governance documents to identify policy impacts or gaps.
  • Other duties as assigned.
