Job summary

Everforth ECS seeks a Policy Analyst to support policy development, analysis, and compliance at our St. Louis, MO customer site. The role involves researching and evaluating policy impacts amid changing mission needs, with a focus on strategic planning, IT and cybersecurity policy management, and coordination under the PLCM process.

The position requires U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to pass a CI poly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of demonstrated experience leading and managing policies in accordance with PLCM.
• Strong knowledge of NIST 800-53 controls and cybersecurity policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and/or support policy development, review, coordination, and compliance for corporate policies, IT services policies, and cybersecurity/information assurance policies.
• Develop SME self-inspection compliance checklists to ensure policy implementation, monitoring, and tracking.
• Analyze internal documents and external issuances to identify policy impacts, conflicts, or gaps.
• Support the policy life cycle management process and coordinate policy updates and reporting.
