Job summary

Everforth ECS seeks a Policy Analyst - Mid to work at our Springfield, VA site. The role spans strategic, technical, and administrative policy activities, including PLCM process adherence and coordination with government customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (CS, SE, Cybersecurity, Intl Affairs, Policy).
• 7+ years leading and managing policies under PLCM processes.
• Active TS/SCI with willingness to pass CI Poly.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead policy development, review, coordination, and compliance for corporate, IT services, and cybersecurity policies.
• Develop SME self-inspection checklists to ensure policy implementation and monitoring.
• Analyze policy impacts and gaps from internal and external sources; support policy lifecycle management.
