Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 4+ years of research and writing experience in tech and tech policy research.
• Excellent, fast, and convincing writing for research and commentary.
• Coding experience; proficiency with Microsoft Suite; familiarity with LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct policy analysis and scholarly research for joint reports.
• Develop innovative policy recommendations and proposals.
• Organize data into effective policy papers and advocacy pieces.
• Help organize events and meetings with stakeholders.
• Represent Heritage at public functions and conferences.
• Interact with Congressional members and staff; participate in policy debates.
• Prepare testimonies and public comments on rulemaking.
