Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Policy Analyst for a contract to hire position that can be worked 100% remotely.

The opportunity will be six months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

The Policy Analyst is responsible for defining and implementing access control policies to ensure data security and compliance. The role involves creating technical configurations, testing, and validating policies, as well as maintaining comprehensive documentation. Collaboration with Business System Analysts is essential for clarifying requirements and optimizing policy effectiveness and efficiency.

• Implement access control policies using the SecuPi tool.
• Translate business requirements into technical configurations.
• Serve as a tool administrator.
