The Blue Ridge Area Food Bank is seeking a Policy and Advocacy Manager to enact policy change, enhance operations, and empower neighbor voice across central and western Virginia. Reporting to the CEO, you will advocate with policymakers, oversee an issue portfolio, and collaborate with teams to tell BRAFB's story effectively.

• Ability to craft policy communications for senior officials.
• Proven ability to build relationships with officials, partners, and coalitions.
