Qualifications

• 2+ years of business analysis or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university; or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for business and technical topics.
• Ability to coordinate diverse and complex activities to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business opportunities, clarify requirements, and support enhancements for the FAST administration system.
• Refine backlog with Product Owner, prioritize use cases, and drive understanding.
• Develop solutions in coordination with cross-functional teams and participate in design sessions.
• Engage in sprint and release planning and contribute to process improvements.
