Policy Administration Rep (Remote – PST Hours)
Our well-established client seeks an experienced Policy Administration Representative to support their team on a contract basis! This is a customer-facing position that plays a critical role in the organization's success. The ideal candidate is detailed and enjoys helping others.

This is a remote role requiring core Pacific Time Zone hours.

Policy Administration Rep Responsibilities

  • Perform collection activities ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Apply payments to accounts and negotiate payment plans.
  • Effectively communicate policy information/service options and assist policy holders with inquiries.
  • Process policy amendment and renewal requests.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in systems.

Policy Administration Rep Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 7+ years of relevant policy administration experience.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Customer service focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team-oriented.
