Job summary

The Climate and Clean Energy Equity Fund is seeking a highly organized Program Coordinator to support the Policy Accelerator's fellowship grantmaking and related projects. This role reports to the Interim Director and focuses on teamwork, initiative, and collaborative leadership to drive climate justice outcomes.

You will plan trainings for Fellows, track project progress, and coordinate with Program Officers to align activities with longer-term power-building strategies, helping communities

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Demonstrated commitment to racial, economic and climate justice.
• Experience coordinating grants or program activities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of special projects within the Policy Accelerator.
• Collaborate with Program Officers to implement fellowship grantmaking strategies.
• Plan, create, and implement trainings and orientations for Fellows.
• Track progress of the work and assist with evaluation and refinement of the project.
