Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license by date of hire and obtain/maintain Texas license within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with routine building, grounds, and police vehicle maintenance.
• Operating hand/power tools for maintenance projects.
• Inventory and assignment of vehicles related equipment.
• Strip police vehicles when removed from the fleet.
• Assist with coordinating service work with other City Departments.
• Accompany vendors through the building in secured areas.
• Create, prepare, and monitor work orders for repairs.
• Transport police vehicles to outside facilities for further work.
