The City of Ramsey - Anoka County is now accepting applications for Police Technician.

Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced office environment with a flexible schedule? This part-time position is for you! The primary objectives are to perform a variety of technical and specialized functions as well as administrative work in support of the Police Department. Provides customer service support and exercises discretion while building relationships with the community, residents, and staff. This position requires a high degree of tact, courtesy, confidentiality, and sound judgment. Develops considerable knowledge of State Statutes, offense codes, City Ordinances, and department policies.

Benefits begin Day 1! Including: Vacation, ESST/Sick & Holiday time off; part-time employees also can elect vision & life insurance, and deferred compensation. This is a part-time AFSCME union position working Monday through Friday 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

2025 Hiring Range is $28.795 to $31.674/hour depending on qualifications.
