Responsibilities

• Attends, participates, and passes all requirements of the Alabama Peace Officer Standards and Training.
• Develops awareness of patrol procedures, report writing, officer safety, use-of-force standards, and constitutional law.
• Learn and follow Department rules, regulations, directives, and procedures.
• Maintains assigned vehicle and equipment.
• Performs special duty assignments and other related job duties as assigned.
