The City of Costa Mesa is recruiting entry-level Police Recruits for a POST-certified Basic Police Academy program. Recruits will be salaried employees during training and eventually sworn as Police Officers after graduation and academy completion.

The department offers a $10,000 signing bonus paid in installments ($3,000 after academy graduation, $3,000 after Field Training, and $4,000 after probation). The position offers a starting salary range of $7,890 to $10,572 per month.
