Job Summary

We are seeking Police Officers in Dallas, Texas, to respond to emergencies, ensure public safety, and build community trust. Benefits include healthcare, PTO, holidays, career advancement, certification pay, and uniforms provided. The starting salary is $66,719.

Education and Experience

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • TCLEOSE approved Basic Peace Officer Course and exam

Additional Requirements: No experience necessary; must meet age, physical, mental, educational standards; negative drug screen; strong communication, problem-solving, and law enforcement knowledge; successful completion of a six-month probationary period; valid Texas driver’s license; Texas Peace Officer License; Peace Officer Commission.

Job Duties
