Applicants must successfully complete the Uniformed Division Entrance Examination (UDEE) to receive consideration for this position. If you do not report to take the UDEE, or you fail the exam, there is a three-month waiting period before you can reapply and retest.

WORK SCHEDULE: Newly appointed Uniformed Division Officers normally work a 40-hour workweek on a set schedule. Workdays and shifts will vary depending on assignment and manpower requirements.
