City of Irving invites qualified candidates to register for the next Police Officer entrance examination. Applications require U.S. citizenship, age minimum 20 years, and vision/hearing standards.
An Associate’s degree (or 60 semester hours) with a 2.0 GPA or higher is required, with military exceptions possible. Candidates must maintain a clean driving record and no felony or recent Class B misdemeanor convictions.
