Job summary

National Police in Virginia seeks a candidate for a police officer position. The role requires completion of a DCJS-approved academy, followed by obtaining state certification as a police officer in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

• May not have any felony convictions.
• Possession of an appropriate driver’s license valid in Virginia.
• Must be able to pass a detailed background investigation.
• Ability to pass a physical agility and endurance test.
• Complete a physical examination
• Take and pass a drug test
• Submit to literacy testing, psychological testing or other screening devices.

Salary: $24.66/hour

• Any experience with law enforcement or a related field would be desirable but not required.
