The City of North Branch is seeking a dedicated individual to join the North Branch Police Department as a full-time Police Officer. The role offers opportunities across investigations, school resource officer, Crisis Negotiations Team, SWAT, bicycle patrol, and many training instructor opportunities.

Applicants must meet Minnesota POST Board standards and must possess or be eligible to possess a full-time MN Peace Officer License or have taken and passed the State Reciprocity Test by the time

Job Posting

The North Branch Police Department is currently accepting applications for full-time Police Officer.

The City of North Branch is a growing community with over 36 square miles and a population of over 11,000.

The police department has several areas of career development opportunities, including investigations, school resource officer, Crisis Negotiations Team, Mobile Field Force, SWAT, bicycle patrol, and many training instructor opportunities (including field training officer, firearms, use of force, pepper ball, and Taser instructors).

The City of North Branch also has a take-home squad policy.

Applicants must fulfill the minimum selection standards of the Minnesota POST Board and must possess or be eligible to possess a full-time MN Peace Officer License or have taken and passed the State Reciprocity Test by the time of hire.
