Job description

$45,000 paid in four (4) payments: The first payment of $12,500 will be made upon the successful hiring of the candidate. The second payment of $10,000 would be made upon successful completion of the field training program. The third payment of $12,500 would be made upon the successful completion of 18 months of full time employment with the City. The fourth and final payment of $10,000 would be made upon the successful completion of 36 months of employment with the City.
