• Be a citizen of the United States of America
• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of application.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and Social Security Card
• Have an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university, or have completed 60 credit hoursat an accredited college or university, unless:
• the applicant has served for 36 months of honorable active duty in the United States Armed Forces and has not been discharged dishonorably or under circumstances other than honorable, or
• the applicant has served for 180 day
