The City of Aspen Police Department is hiring Police Officer I, II or III (DOE) to serve the Aspen community. New hires attend the Police Academy with pay and full benefits during training, then advance through Field Training and certification processes.

Competenze

• Associate degree in a relevant field or combined experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid Colorado driver’s license or obtain one within 30 days.

Mansioni

• Attends and completes POST training to attain certification.
• Participates in Field Training Program and gains proficiency in department policies and procedures.
• Conducts investigations, writes reports, and maintains accurate case management.
